This beautiful 2800 Sq. Ft. "Channel House" features 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths to comfortably accommodate you, your family, and friends on your next vacation. It was recently remodeled and tastefully decorated with a blend of contemporary and antique furniture. The home also boasts panoramic views of the channel and Wilson Lake from the large deck. You can tie up your boat and PWC on your own private dock which features a 800 Sq. Ft. party deck with a separate swimming and fishing area.

Bedroom #1 - queen bed
Bedroom #2 - queen bed
Bedroom #3 - two twin beds
Bedroom #4 - (isolated master suite) queen bed, very large bath with double sinks, generous
                      shower and spa tub.

Amenities:
     Home features 40" flat screen TV w/ built in DVD player and high definition cable.     
     Wireless Internet access is also provided if you wish to bring your laptop.
     All linens, towels, cooking and dinning utensils, and barbecue equipment are provided.
     A washer and dryer, fireplace, and dual A/C units are also featured for your convenience.
     The large dinning area seats 8 and there is a game room overlooking the deck and water.
     There is also a double car garage for added convenience and a private fenced back yard for safety.

Rental Information:
     $350 per night, 3 night minimum
     $500 deposit (refundable)
     $250 cleaning fee (non refundable)
     NO SMOKING, NO PETS
